Sofrito y Flores is a floral design class inspired by the vibrant, aromatic base found in many Latino kitchens—sofrito. Known for bringing dishes to life, sofrito is a bold blend of onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, and herbs… and in this class, those very ingredients become part of the design.

We’ll create a lush, expressive arrangement using fresh flowers alongside elements like peppers, garlic, onions, herbs, and tomatoes—celebrating texture, color, and the beauty of tradition. Each region has its own version of sofrito, and just like cooking, your design will reflect your own style and flair.
